Responsive, Available, Reliable

Our team is organized and eager to deliver responsive services to your program.  Have an admission that needs assessment at 2AM?  We can do that.  Your client needs a work letter by the end of the day?  We can do that.

  • On-call service daily from 6AM - 3AM PST
  • Admissions until 3AM PST daily
  • Dedicated team of on-call triage nurses and providers available on-demand
  • Operations staff available to assist with logistical issues
  • Dedicated admin staff facilitates a variety of day to day needs related to insurance documentation, work letters, and FMLA requests.
  • Day to day provider availability for insurance/UR reviews, doc-to-doc, and prior-authorizations.

Medical Detox Management

Round-the-Clock Support For You and Your Clients
We help patients through withdrawal from all substances as painlessly as possible. This includes detox from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates, sedatives, and amphetamines. Our detox management protocols optimize patient comfort and safety during this vulnerable beginning stage of recovery.
Our team of experts delivers compassionate care with round-the-clock availability to administer and manage any appropriate medications or protocols.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Evidenced-Based Treatments that your Clients are Looking For

Proper prescription and medication management are critical to your client’s successful rehabilitation. We manage all of your client’s medications while in treatment, including psychiatric medications.

We provide the most up-to-date, evidenced-based MAT treatments including Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol.

Medical Screenings

Accurate Diagnoses Before Treatment

Every client receives comprehensive medical screenings at intake to assess their physical and mental health. All patients receive a complete H&P in addition to a thorough psychiatric evaluation within three hours of their arrival, documented to the strictest insurance mandates.

All of our providers can diagnose and treat addiction-focused conditions as well as psychiatric and medical issues.
Our laboratory partners help to promptly screen for addiction-related health issues.

Our professionals are here when your patients need you the most.

Over the course of any day, clients in treatment have a variety of medical complaints from sore throat to seasonal allergies.  Our staff is experienced in treating a wide variety of urgent and primary care issues, and can see your patients with little delay.  Instead of making constant trips to the local urgent care, why not utilize our on-call telemedicine service?  This is the kind of service that your clients demand.

When appropriate, we utilize telemedicine technology to serve your patients responsibly. Our team is available for patient admissions and on-call services until 3 AM PST daily.
