Let's Talk

We Want to Hear about Your Needs and Answer Any Questions You Have

Start by giving us a call or reaching out via our inquiry form. We’ll set up a brief introductory meeting via zoom or conference call at a time that is convenient for you.

At the intro meeting we will gather some basic information from you including:

  • The location(s) of your treatment program.
  • Levels of care you service
  • Your average day-to-day program census.
  • Your plans for growth, if any
  • Reasons you are unsatisfied with your current medical services, if applicable
  • Any specific wants or needs you have related to the delivery of medical services to your treatment program.

Our ideal partnerships are addiction treatment programs with an active interest in increasing the quality of care to their clients, improving operational efficiency and boosting the profitability of their programs.  We work with many kinds of programs, from start-ups to well-established programs, from small to large, and in various locations across the US.

Transparency in Services and Costs

A Detailed Description of Services and Cost Breakdown - We Make it Simple

We make it easy to work with us. After meeting with us, we will send you a quote for services same or next business day. (We suspect you will like what you see).

Our rates are competitive – and you will get a lot more for your money working with Headlands compared to other medical service providers who work in the treatment program space.

Staff Training

Helping You Invest In Your Team
People can make or break a program. That’s why we extensively train our high-caliber, high-character team to provide our partners with consistent, respectful care. We assign specific providers to our partnering facilities trained to meet each of their program’s unique needs. Our support staff members receive comprehensive training in Headlands medical protocols before beginning contract services.
We train and educate your program’s staff in patient care and safety protocols, risk management, and quality improvement.

Ongoing Communication and Collaboration

Helping Us Grow Together

Here is what you can expect our ongoing collaboration to look like: regular communication between our teams, quality improvement strategy sessions, close collaboration, and coordination of the day-to-day care of your clients. Should your program seek to grow and expand, we will be ready to scale with you and continue to provide the high level of service we are known for.
